Juror Parking

  1. FREE PARKING - Ottawa and Marion Street Parking Lot. ( Just west of the Will County Adult Detention Facility
  2. County of Will Parking Lot located East of the Courthouse: Fee $8.00 per entry. Handicapped parking available.

For jurors who use Interstate 80 exit North on Chicago St. (Route 53). Continue left on Washington Street to Ottawa Street. Proceed left on Ottawa Street to parking lot.

Public Notice

The 12th Judicial Circuit prohibits all weapons, outside food and drink and all recording devices from courthouses. 

As of February 28, 2022 cell phones are now allowed in the Will County Courthouse.

Firearms are not permitted in any Circuit Court building pursuant to 430 ILCS 66/65(a)(4).
