Marriage ceremonies are performed Monday-Friday from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and Saturdays at 8:30 a.m.  Only one guest per couple is allowed.  $10 cash must be paid to the Circuit Clerk prior to ceremony.  Cameras and cell phones are allowed in to the Courthouse for marriage ceremonies.  


Who may perform a Marriage / Civil Ceremony

Civil ceremonies by a Judge of the Court who is in good standing with the Judicial Inquiry Board or retired judge.  A ceremony may be solemnized by a priest, minister, rabbi, or other designated officiant provided they are in good standing with their religious denomination, Indian Tribe, or Native Group.
